Former West Indies skipper Kieron Pollard lit up the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2025 with a blistering knock for the Trinbago Knight Riders against the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in Trinidad. Batting at No. 5, the 38-year-old smashed 65 runs off just 29 balls, including two boundaries and eight towering sixes. The highlight of his innings came when he launched seven sixes in just eight deliveries, taking apart Navian Bidaisee and Waqar Salamkheil. “For me, it’s more about the mental side — preparation, processes, and knowing what’s needed.
